WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open final table set

The World Poker Tour is in Hollywood, Florida this week for the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open at the Hollywood Hard Rock Casino, and after an action packed first three days (four days of you count the two Day 1 starting flights) the final table is now set, and what a final table it is.

Among the six finalists are two former WPT Champions in Matt Salsberg and Matt Giannetti, not to mention that Salsberg is making his second-straight WPT final table after finishing in 6th place at the recently concluded WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open, and will be looking to jump to the forefront of the Player of the Year race with a strong showing today.

Giannetti is of course best known for his 2011 World Series of Poker Main Event run, where he battled to the bitter end before being eliminated in 4th place. What many people forget is that in between making the final table in July and playing at the final table in November, Giannetti went across the Atlantic and captured his first major tournament title at the WPT Merit Cyprus Classic.

Joining Giannetti and Salsberg is another well-known poker pro in Darryll Fish who is seeking his first big WPT win, not to mention he could pass the million-dollar mark for career tournament earnings with a 3rd place or better showing. Also at the final table is Lily Kiletto, the lone remaining female player in the field who could break the eleven-year run without a female champion on the WPT. Salsberg and Kiletto will be on the short-stacks, but with the blinds at 20,000/40,000 with a 5,000 chip ante there is still plenty of wiggle room for both players.

Here is a look at the seating assignments and chip counts for the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open final table:

  • Seat 1: Matt Giannetti – 3,005,000
  • Seat 2: Lily Kiletto – 860,000
  • Seat 3: Darryll Fish – 2,660,000
  • Seat 4: Matt Salsberg – 980,000
  • Seat 5: Hayden Fortini – 1,620,000
  • Seat 6: Danny Shiff – 1,930,000

Here is a look at the final table payout schedule:

  1. $323,804
  2. $191,880
  3. $125,921
  4. $86,946
  5. $64,160
  6. $50,968

Poker fans can watch the tournament on the WPT Live Stream where Jonathan Little will once again be joining the WPT broadcast team for some expert analysis. The final table will get underway at 3 PM local time, and will go until someone is declared the Season XI WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open Champion.
