We are right smack in the middle of the 2012 World Series of Poker and the action is going fast and furious thus far. We’ve seen Phil Hellmuth pick-up bracelet #12, Andy Bloch pick-up bracelet #1, and a number of well-known players doing well. Yesterday was no exception, with a father/son duo making two separate final tables, two new WSOP champions were crowned, and two their tournaments are entering their final day.
Ben Scholl wins $5k Limit Holdem tournament
In the $5k Limit Holdem event it was Ben Scholl who put the brakes on two potential big stories yesterday by winning the event. Matt Glantz was denied his first bracelet as was two-time WSOP Main Event final table participant Jeff Shulman, whose father also made a final table the $1,500 NLHE event.
